Consumers should be more aware of their rights, as well as about the Law on Consumer Protection which is fully dedicated to consumer protection.  TV and radio spots produced by the Project promote basic consumer concepts such as: consumer contracts, legal guarantees (conformity with the contract) and commercial guarantees, consumer rights in distance and off-premises contracts.
