10. 12. 2013. APOS’s Proposal to Ministry of Finance and Ministry of trade

Recently, APOS has sent an initiative (see below) to relevant institutions i.e. the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications about an issue of expressing prices in withdrawn coins.

Free price formation does not deprive the State of answering the following question: How is it possible that we are still using denominations that were withdrawn from circulation five years ago?

05. 11. 2013. US developments in the timeshare sector

The United States' Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has recently launched a vast crack down on unlawful practices in the area of Travel and Timeshare. This sector is of grave concern to US authorities with fraud complaints rising from 15.744 to 21.717 in the past two years. The FTC held a press conference recently and announced the various actions to be undertaken, including civil and criminal prosecutions carried out by each of the 50 states of the US and numerous federal agencies.
